s1 2 s5 Health Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 No. 192, 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Health Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on the commencement of the Child Safety Legislation Amendment Act (No. 2) 2004 , section 66. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Health Regulation 1996. 4 Omission of s 63 (Authorised persons—Act, s 76K(1)) Section 63— omit. 5 Omission of sch 1 (Authorised persons) Schedule 1— omit.
