I, the Governor, acting under section 2 of the Health Amendment Act 1991 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which sections 3, 4, 5, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 28(a) of the Health Amendment Act 1991 shall come into operation.
