AN ACT to further amend the Health Act, 1898.

[Assented to 6th February, 1909.]

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia- with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and

(2.) For the purposes of this section, all the provisions of the Roads Act, 1902, shall, as regards the making, payment, and recovery of such health rates, be deemed to have been incorporated with the principal Act.

3. Section fifty-four of the principal Act is amended by adding

a paragraph as follows:--

The Central Board may make regulations for the inspection of articles of food, and prescribing marks which may be applied by the Board to articles of food deemed by the Board to be wholesome, and the fees to be paid for such inspection, and the persons by whom such fees shall be payable, and

default of payment as penalties under this Act arc recoverable.
