J his Act may he cited as "The Health Acts Short title Amf'ndment Act of 1\)14," and shall be read as one -with ~ ~ ~ lstruction "The Health Ads, 1900-1D11 ,"* herein referred to as the of Act. Principal Act. 2. r1'he following provision is addefl to subsection AlUell~ Il1Cllt two of section 15aD of the Principal Act :_ of s. lo3D. Provided that, notwithstanding anything herein con- tained, whenever the Minister, upon the report of the Oommissioner, is satisfied that a certificate of registration should be granted in respect of a private hospital under this section, he may, by writing under his hand, direct the Local Authority concerned to grant such certificate, and the same shall forthwith he granted accordingly.
