This Act may he cited as the Health Acts Amenthownl Act 1968 (No. 2). (2) Collective title. Health Acts AmendmentAct (No. 2) 1968, No. 54 459 2. Repeal of and new s. 115. The Health Acts 1937 to 1968 is amended by repealing section 115 and inserting in its stead the following section:- " 115. Diluents prohibited to milk - sellers except when approved. A person shall not carry in any vehicle in which is milk being carried for sale or in any can or other receptacle used in the sale of such milk any substance or liquid capable of being used for diluting milk unless such substance or liquid is at the time an approved substance or, as the case may be, an approved liquid. The Governor in Council may, by Order in Council, prescribe, as he considers fit, any substance or liquid to be an approved substance or, as the case may be, an approved liquid within the meaning of this section, either generally or subject to the conditions so prescribed. Where a substance or liquid is prescribed to be an approved substance or an approved liquid subject to conditions it shall be an approved substance or, as the case may be, an approved liquid within the meaning of this section only while such conditions are complied with in all respects.".
