HEALTH ACT (SWIMMING POOLS) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1990

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Health Act (Swimming Pools)

Regulation 14 amended
2. Regulation 14 of the Health Act (Swimming Pools) Regulations 1964* is
amended by repealing subregulation (5) and substituting the following subreg-
ulation—

(5) An exemption granted under subregulation (4) may be made subject to such conditions to secure the safety of persons using the swimming pool as are specified by the Executive Director, Public Health in the instru- ment of exemption or by written notice to the occupier from time to time, and the occupier shall comply with any such conditions. ".
