AN ACT to continue the operation of the Temporary

Provisions of section 256 of the Health Act, 1911-19.

B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Health .Act Coutinuation Short title.

The amendments to the Health Act, 1911-15, made by section 41 of the Health Act Amendment Act, 1918, set out

section 256.

in section 256 of the Health Act, 1911-19 (as reprinted in the 1919 sessional volume of the statutes), shall continue in force until the 31st day of December, 1921, and no longer, and from and after that date the words printed in italics in the said section 256 shall be repealed, and the provisions of that section printed in , erased type shall again come into operation as originally enacted.
