AN ACT to further amend the Health Act,

1898.

assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Act, 1902, and shall be read as one with the Health Act, 1898, Short title. 1. THIS Act may be cited as the Health Act Amendment

hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

2. SECTION one hundred and seventy-nine of the principal Amendment of 62

Act is amended by inserting after the word " advance," in line

Viet., No. 24, s. 179.

four, the words " or by equal monthly or other instalments in

advance."
