1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Hazardous Waste (Regulation of Exports and Imports) Amendment Regulations 2010 (No. 1).

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

3Amendment of Hazardous Waste (Regulation of Exports and Imports) Regulations 1996

Schedule 1 amends the Hazardous Waste (Regulation of Exports and Imports) Regulations 1996.
