This regulation may be cited as the Hazardous Substances (Chlorofluorocarbons and Other Ozone Layer Depleting Substances) Repeal Regulation 1994 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 June 1994. ˙ Repeal 3. The Hazardous Substances (Chlorofluorocarbons and Other Ozone Layer Depleting Substances) Regulation 1988 is repealed. ˙ Expiry 4.
