1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Hawkesbury Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 13).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Richmond:

(a)	part of Lukis Avenue fronting 39 and 41 Windsor Street,
(b)	Lot 12, DP 752032, 22 Windsor Street,
(c)	Lot 10, DP 23504, 39 Windsor Street,
(d)	Lot 9, DP 23504, 41 Windsor Street.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Hawkesbury Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.
