1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Hawkesbury Local Environmental Plan 1989 (Amendment

No 158).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	Lot 1, DP 609363, 66 The Terrace, Windsor,
(b)	Lot 1, DP 741997, 68 The Terrace, Windsor,
(c)	Lot 1, DP 159404, 70 The Terrace, Windsor,

as shown distinctively coloured, edged heavy red and identified as “3 (a)” on the map marked “Hawkesbury Local Environmental Plan 1989 (Amendment No 158)” deposited in the office of Hawkesbury City Council.
