1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Hawkesbury Local Environmental Plan 1989 (Amendment

No 154).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at George Street, Johnston Street and New Street, Windsor, as shown coloured blue on the map marked “Hawkesbury Local Environmental Plan 1989 (Amendment No 154)” deposited in the office of the Hawkesbury City Council.

Despite any other provision of this Plan, the Council must not grant development consent to residential development on land to which this clause applies if the development will result in an increase in the number of dwellings on that land, unless:

(a)

no dwelling is lawfully situated on that land, and

(b)

the Council is satisfied that the relevant land has potential for residential development, and
