1      Name of plan

This plan is Hawkesbury Local Environmental Plan 1989

(Amendment No 142).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to rezone the land to which this plan applies to Zone No 4 (a) (Industry General) under Hawkesbury Local Environmental Plan 1989 to allow the land to be used for the purposes of general industry with the consent of Hawkesbury City Council.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to part of Lot 1, DP 575488, being land with frontages to Ham Street and Fairey Road, South Windsor, as shown coloured light violet, with red edging and lettered “4 (a)” on the map

marked

4 Amendment of Hawkesbury Local Environmental Plan 1989

Hawkesbury Local Environmental Plan 1989 is amended by inserting in appropriate order in the definition of the map in

clause 5 (1) the following words:
