AN ACT to amend the Law relating to

Hawkers and Pedlars.

E it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and

with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia-

ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1. THE First Section of the Act of the 55th year of Her Amendment of 55

present Majesty, Number 35, shall be amended by inserting after

Viet., No. 35, s. 1.

the word " houses," in that Section, the words " there soliciting

orders for or."

2. THIS Act may be cited as the Hawkers and Pedlars Act Short Title.

(1892) Amendment Act (1897).
