[ASSENTED TO 2ND NOVEMBER, 1905.J B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows : - ' Short title. 1. This Act mav be cited as "The Hawkers Acts Amendment Act of 1905." App~ications 2. Nothing in this section shall be construed to prevent the Court from refusing any such application in the first instance without such reference as aforesaid. INCOME TAX. 5 Edw. VII.
