HAWKERS ACT REPEAL ACT 2000

An Act to repeal the Hawkers Act

1Short title

This Act may be cited as the Hawkers Act Repeal Act 2000.

2Commencement and expiration

• (1)

  This Act comes into operation on the date fixed by the Administrator by notice in the Gazette.

• (2)

  This Act expires on the day immediately after the day on which it comes into operation.

3Repeal

The Ordinances specified in the Schedule are repealed.
