An Ordinance to amend the Hawkers Ordinance

1936-1959.

1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Hawkers shortutie

Ordinance 1962.*

(2.) The Hawkers Ordinance 1936-1959,f as amended by this Ordinance, may be cited as the Hawkers Ordinance 1936-1962.

2. Section five of the Hawkers Ordinance 1936-1959 is Meaningof

amended by adding at the end thereof the following business of

sub-section:—	hawker-
" (2.) Nothing in this Ordinance applies to, or shall be deemed to affect in any way, the sale, delivery or distribution of newspapers by boys in accordance with Part XIA. of the Child Welfare Ordinance 1957-1962.".
