AN ACT to amend "The Hawkers Act, 1882."

BE it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western 'onsent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows

3.     APPLICATIONS for licenses may be made to and shall

shall be read and construed without the said section D.

6.     THIS Act may be cited for all purposes as " The Hawkers

Short Title.

Act, 1882, Amendment Act, 1886," and the two Acts shall be read

together as one Act.
