AN ACT to amend "The Hawkers Act, 1882."

3. APPLICATIONS for licenses may be made to and shall

TEMPORARY Licenses may be granted under section 25 of the said Act for any period not exceeding ten days, and the period for which any such license shall be granted shall be stated in the Magistrate's certificate, and the license shall be valid and available for such period notwithstanding the limit of three days mentioned in the said section of the said Act.

5. THE incorporation with the said Act of section D of "The
| Repeal. | Shortening Ordinance, 1853," is hereby repealed, and the said Act shall be read and construed without the said section D. |
6. THIS Act may be cited for all purposes as " The Hawkers
| Short Title. | Act, 1882, Amendment Act, 1886," and the two Acts shall be read together as one Act. |
