1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Hastings Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment

No 77).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 100, DP 1101027, John Fraser Place, Port Macquarie, as shown coloured light scarlet, edged heavy black and lettered “2 (a1)” on the map marked “Hastings Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment No 77)” deposited in the office of Port Macquarie-Hastings Council.
