Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This Plan is Hastings Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment

No 54).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to amend Hastings Local Environmental Plan 2001 so as to rezone certain land at King Creek from Zone 1 (a1) Rural, Zone 1 (a3) Rural Agricultural Protection and Zone 1 (i) Rural Residential Investigation to partly Zone 1 (r1) Rural Residential and partly Zone 7 (h) Environment Protection—Habitat to allow the land to be used for rural residential and conservation purposes.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to the land shown distinctively coloured, edged heavy black and lettered “1 (r1)” or “7 (h)” on the map marked “Hastings Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment No 54)” deposited in the office of Port Macquarie-Hastings Council.
