Hastings Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment

No 23)

under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Hastings Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment

No 23).

2      Aims of plan

The aims of this plan are:

(a)	to reclassify the land to which this plan applies from community to operational land within the meaning of the Local Government Act 1993, and
(b)	to rezone the land from Zone 6 (a) Open Space to Zone 5 (a) Special Uses (Emergency Services and Educational Establishment) under Hastings Local Environmental Plan 2001.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to part of Lots 1 and 2, DP 804235, corner of Central Road and Hindman Street, Port Macquarie, as shown coloured yellow, edged heavy black and lettered “5 (a) Emergency Services and Educational Establishment” on the map marked “Hastings Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment No 23)” deposited in the office of Port Macquarie-Hastings Council.

4 Amendment of Hastings Local Environmental Plan 2001

Hastings Local Environmental Plan 2001 is amended as set out in

Schedule 1.
