MR J.G RENWICK:   May it please, your Honour, I appear with MR D.H. KATTER for the plaintiff.  (instructed by Wyatt Attorneys)

MR S.J. FREE:   May it please the Court, I appear for the defendant.  (instructed by Australian Government Solicitor)

HIS HONOUR:   Yes, Mr Renwick.

MR RENWICK:   I trust your Honour has some proposed agreed short minutes.

HIS HONOUR:   Yes.  Just pardon me a moment.  I have added to order 1 a sentence, “The submissions referred to in order 3 are to be served also on the plaintiff in that case.”

MR RENWICK:   Yes, your Honour.  Yes, that will be done.

HIS HONOUR:   I make in orders in accordance with that set of short minutes which I have initialled, dated and they will be placed with the papers.

MR RENWICK:   May it please the Court.

MR FREE:   Please the Court.

HIS HONOUR:   I had better go back to that sentence, gentlemen.  It should say, “These orders and the submissions”, so they know what is going on, “be served”.  So it will read, “These orders and the submissions referred to in order 3 are to be served also on the plaintiff in that case.”  Yes, thank you, gentlemen.
