HARRISON
v

HARRISON

[2020] HCASL 100
M7/2020

  1. This is an application for special leave to appeal from a decision of the Full Court of the Family Court of Australia (Ainslie-Wallace, Watts and Austin JJ) dismissing an appeal from final parenting orders made by Gill J in the Family Court of Australia that provide, inter alia, for the respondent mother to have sole parental responsibility for the three children of the parties' marriage.

  2. The application identifies no question of principle that it would be in the interests of justice for this Court to consider and no sufficient reason to doubt the correctness of the Full Court's decision. An appeal to this Court would not enjoy sufficient prospects of success to warrant the grant of special leave.

  3. Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
