Harness Racing Act 2002 No 39

MARIE BASHIR, Governor

I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Harness Racing Act 2002, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 12 July 2002 as the day on which Part 1 and section 8 (5) of that Act, and clause 5 of Schedule 6 to that Act, commence.

Explanatory note

This proclamation commences the following provisions of the Harness Racing Act
2002:

(a)	preliminary provisions,
(b)	provisions enabling arrangements to be made for the constitution of Harness Racing New South Wales under that Act.
