2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at 136 Neill Street, Harden, being Lot 20, Section 29,

DP 758737.

4      Amendment of Harden Local Environmental Plan 2011

Insert at the end of Schedule 1:
