2 Harbours (Suspension of Harbour Dues) No. 199, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Harbours (Suspension of Harbour Dues) Order 1993 . ˙ Suspension of wharfage charges 2. The wharfage charges payable on grain or seed that is inward cargo under the following by-laws are suspended— (a) the Fisherman Islands Wharf By-law 1980 ; (b) the Pinkenba Wharf By-law 1977 . ˙ Expiry of order 3.
