2 Harbours (Revenue Distribution) No. 117, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Harbours (Revenue Distribution) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Revenue distribution (s 168A of the Act) 2.(1) A board specified in the Schedule must pay to the Consolidated Fund, for the year ended 30 June 1993, the amount set opposite the board in the Schedule. (2) The Port of Brisbane Authority must pay $5 000 000 to the Railway Fund established under the Financial Administration and Audit Act 1977, for the year ended 30 June 1993. ˙ Repeal 3. The Harbours (Distribution of Revenue) Regulation 1993 is repealed. ˙ Expiry 4. This regulation expires on 30 June 1994.
