2 Harbours (Reclamation of Land) Amendment (No. 1) No. 67, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Harbours (Reclamation of Land) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Reclamation of Land Regulation 1979 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Commencement 3. This regulation commences on 19 March 1992. ˙ Replacement of ss.1–5 4. Sections 1 to 5— omit, insert— ˙ ‘Short title ‘1. This regulation may be cited as the Harbours (Reclamation of Land) Regulation 1979 . ˙ ‘Application of this regulation ‘2. This regulation applies to applications for the grant of an authority to reclaim land under section 91 of the Act. ˙ ‘Definition ‘3. In this regulation— “Marine Board” means the Marine Board of Queensland established under the Queensland Marine Act 1958 .

For the purposes of this regulation, an approved form is a form approved by the Marine Board for the purposes specified in the form. ’. ˙ Amendment of s.6 (Application) 5. Section 6(1)— omit, insert— ‘6.(1) The application must— (a) be made to the Marine Board; and (b) be in the approved form; and (c) be accompanied by the plans and other documents specified in the form. ’. ˙ Amendment of s.7 (Advertisement of application) 6. Section 7(2)— omit, insert— ‘(2) The public notice advertised must be in the approved form. ’. ˙ Amendment of s.8 (Form of notice of objection) 7. Section 8(1)— omit, insert— ‘8.(1) A notice of objection to a proposed reclamation must be in the approved form. ’. ˙ Omission of Schedule 8. The Schedule— omit .
