This order in council may be cited as the Harbours (Reclamation of Land) Amendment Order (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Amended order 2. The order in council published in the Gazette on 12 October 1991 at page 529 is amended as set out in this order. ˙ Insertion of new s.1 (Short title) 3. First sentence ( ‘ The Governor ’ to ‘ Development— ’ )— omit, insert — ˙ ‘Short title ‘1. This order in council may be cited as the Harbours (Reclamation of Land) Order 1991. ˙ Amendment of provisions 1–3 4.(1) Before provision 1— insert — ‘Authorisation ‘2. This order— ’. (2) Provisions 1 to 3— renumber as paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) respectively. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 5. Schedule, Part 1— omit, insert —
