2 Harbours (Ports Corporation) No. 165, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Harbours (Ports Corporation) Order 1993 . ˙ Constitution of Harbour Board 2.(1) A Harbour Board called The Ports Corporation of Queensland is constituted for the harbours set out in the Schedule. (2) The management and control of the harbours by The Ports Corporation of Queensland starts on 1 July 1993. ˙ Limits of harbours 3. The limits of the harbours are the limits in existence at the commencement of this order. ˙ Payment to members 4. For the purposes of section 48A of the Act, the prescribed sum is— (a) if the member is the chairperson—$15 000; and (b) in the case of any other member—$4 500.
