2 Harbours (Ports Corporation) No. 234, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This by-law may be cited as the Harbours (Ports Corporation) By-law 1993 . ˙ Commencement 2. This by-law commences on 1 July 1993. ˙ By-law made 3.(1) In this section— “by-laws” means the by-laws of the Harbours Corporation set out in the Schedule. (2) The Ports Corporation of Queensland makes a by-law in the same terms and to the same effect as the by-laws except that any of the following references is taken to be a reference to the Ports Corporation of Queensland— (a) the Corporation of the Treasurer of Queensland; (b) the Corporation; (c) the Harbours Corporation; (d) the Harbours Corporation of Queensland. ˙ Expiry of by-law 4. This by-law expires on 1 October 1993.
