This by-law may be cited as the Harbours (Port of Brisbane—Houseboats) Amendment By-law (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Amended by-law 2. The Port of Brisbane Habitation of Houseboats and Vessels By-law 1978 is amended as set out in this by-law. ˙ Replacement of s.2 (Citation and commencement) 3. Section 2— omit, insert— ˙ ‘Short title ‘2. This by-law may be cited as the Harbours (Port of Brisbane—Houseboats) By-law 1978 . ’. ˙ Amendment of Schedule A (Prohibited areas) 4.
