3 Harbours No. 362, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Harbours Order 1992 . ˙ Reference to plan 2. A reference in a Schedule to a plan is a reference to a plan that is held by the Department of Lands. ˙ Harbours Corporation 3.(1) The Crown land described in Part A of Schedule 1 is— (a) divested from the Harbours Corporation; and (b) revested in Her Majesty. (2) The Crown land described in Part B of Schedule 1 is vested in the Harbours Corporation. ˙ Cairns Port Authority 4. The Crown land described in Part A of Schedule 2 is vested in the Cairns Port Authority. ˙ Port of Brisbane Authority 5.(1) The Crown land described in Part A of Schedule 3 is— (a) divested from the Port of Brisbane Authority; and (b) revested in Her Majesty. (2) The Crown land described in Part B of Schedule 3 is vested in the Port of Brisbane Authority. ˙ Townsville Port Authority 6.(1) The Crown land described in Part A of Schedule 4 is— (a) divested from the Townsville Port Authority; and (b) revested in Her Majesty.

4 Harbours No. 362, 1992 (2) The Crown land described in Part B of Schedule 4 is vested in the Townsville Port Authority. ˙ Repeal 7. The following orders in council are repealed— (a) the order in council made under the Act and published in the Gazette on 11 March 1989 at page 1648; (b) the order in council made in relation to section 81(4) of the Act and published in the Gazette on 14 March 1981 at page 879; (c) the order in council made in relation to the Townsville Harbour Board and published in the Gazette on 27 July 1985 at page 2078; (d) the order in council made in relation to portions 434 and 484 and published in the Gazette on 17 January 1981 at page 86; (e) the order in council made in relation to lot 705 on plan no. CG6242 and published in the Gazette on 17 February 1990 at page 876; (f) the order in council made in relation to plan no. Mch.4717 and published in the Gazette on 22 December 1984 at page 2286; (g) the order in council published in the Gazette on 15 April 1989 at page 2193.
