2 Harbours (Management of Harbour Works) No. 320, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Harbours (Management of Harbour works) Order 1992 . ˙ Management of harbour works 2.(1) The management and control of each harbour works described in the Schedule is vested in the person set out opposite the harbour works. (2) A reference in the Schedule to a plan is a reference to the plan held at the Department of Transport, 41 George Street, Brisbane.
