2 Harbours (Mackay Port Authority Contribution) No. 79, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Harbours (Mackay Port Authority Contribution) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Definition 2. In this regulation— “Trust” means the Pioneer River Improvement Trust. ˙ Approval of contributions 3.(1) This section applies to contributions to the Trust from the Mackay Port Authority’s Harbour Fund. (2) The following contributions are approved— (a) for undertaking and maintenance of works relating to Mackay Harbour by the Trust for the 1993–94 financial year—not more than $148 687; (b) for sedimentation studies relating to Mackay Harbour by the Trust—not more than $29 700. ˙ Repeal 4. The Harbours (Mackay Port Authority Contribution) Regulation 1993 is repealed. ˙ Expiry 5. This regulation expires on 30 June 1994. ENDNOTES 1. Made by the Governor in Council on 10 March 1994. 2.
