2 Harbours (Mackay Port Authority Contribution) No. 50, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Harbours (Mackay Port Authority Contribution) Regulation 1993 . ˙ Approval of Contribution 2. The Mackay Port Authority is authorised to contribute an amount not exceeding $112 643 from the Harbour Fund to the Pioneer River Improvement Trust for the undertaking and maintenance of works in relation to the Mackay Harbour by the Trust during the 1992–93 financial year.
