2 Harbours (Hay Point) Amendment (No. 1) No. 29, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This by-law may be cited as the Harbours (Hay Point) Amendment By-law (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Amended by-law 2. The Harbour of Hay Point By-law 1983 is amended as set out in this by-law. ˙ Replacement of s.3 (Short title) 3. Section 3— omit, insert— ˙ ‘Short title ‘3. This by-law may be cited as the Harbours (Hay Point) By-law 1983 . ’. ˙ Amendment of s.9 (Special harbour dues on goods) 4. Section 9— omit ‘ $2.9645 ’, insert ‘ $2.9618 ’. ENDNOTES 1.
