This by-law may be cited as the Harbours (Gladstone Port Authority) Amendment By-law (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Amended by-law 2. The Gladstone Port Authority By-law 1985 is amended as set out in this by-law. ˙ Replacement of s.1.3 (Short title) 3. Section 1.3— omit, insert— ˙ ‘Short title ‘1.3 This by-law may be cited as the Harbours (Gladstone Port Authority) By-law 1985 . ’. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 2 (Harbour dues on goods not in containers) 4.
