2 Harbours (Distribution of Revenue) No. 31, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Harbours (Distribution of Revenue) Regulation 1993 . ˙ Distribution of revenue 2.(1) For the purposes of section 168A of the Act, each of the harbour boards set out in the Schedule must pay, for the year ended 30 June 1992, the amount set opposite each harbour board. (2) Payment is to be made into the Consolidated Fund.
