2 Harbours (Board Members Payments) No. 78, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Harbours (Board Members Payments) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Maximum amount of fees payable to board members 2. The amount specified in the Schedule for a chairperson or other member of a specified board is prescribed for the purposes of section 48A of the Act. ˙ Repeal 3. The order in council made under the Act published in the Gazette on 15 September 1990 at page 228 is repealed. ˙ Order amended 4. Section 5 amends the Harbours (Ports Corporation) Order 1993 . ˙ Omission of s 4 of amended order (Payment to members) 5. Section 4— omit . ˙ Expiry 6. Sections 3 to 5 and this section expire the day after this regulation commences.
