AN ACT to amend section two of the Harbours and

Jetties Act, 1928.

[Assented to 29th November, 1940.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

This Act may be cited as the Harbours and Jetties Act Amendment Act, 1940, and shall be read as one with the Harbours and Jetties Act, 1928 (No. 38 of 1928), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.	Short title.
Amendment

1.

Section two of the principal Act is amended by striking out all the words appearing after the word "compulsory" in line six thereof to the end of the see- tion. of s. 2.

The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Harbours and Jetties Act, 1928-1940.
