2 Harbours (Agreement) No. 356, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Harbours (Agreement) Order 1992 . ˙ Approval of agreement 2. Approval is given for the agreement specified in the Schedule to be entered into. ˙ Repeal 3. The 2 orders in council, relating to the Gladstone Port Authority, that were published in the Gazette on 31 March 1990 at page 1642 are repealed.
