JUDGMENT

1. I gave judgment in this matter on 22 April 2024 dismissing Mr Hannan’s appeal and giving the parties leave to approach in relation to costs.

2. Mr Hannan’s solicitor and Mr Goldberg have advised the Court that it has been agreed that Mr Hannan will pay Mr Goldberg costs of $611.09 and that the Court be asked to make an order quantifying his costs in that amount, so that they need not be assessed.

3. I am satisfied that it is just to give effect to the parties’ agreement and accordingly order that Mr Hannan is to pay Mr Goldberg’s costs of the proceedings, quantified to be $611.09.
