HammondCare Residential Aged Care Nurses Enterprise Agreement 2010.
[1] HammondCare has filed an application for the approval of a single-enterprise agreement named the HammondCare Residential Aged Care Nurses Enterprise Agreement 2010. Further to matters canvassed in proceedings on 2 September 2010 concerning aspects of the agreement, HammondCare advised that it proposed, with the consent of the New South Wales Nurses’ Association/Australian Nursing Federation NSW Branch, to discontinue the application - and tendered a notice of discontinuance. In the circumstances, the proceedings are concluded.
