By-laws 2012

Made by the Governor in Executive Council upon recommendation by the Company as defined in the Act.

1.             Citation

By-laws.

These by-laws are the Harnersley Iron (Port of Dainpier)
A inendinent By-laws 2012.

2.             Commencement

These by-laws come into operation as follows

(a)	by-laws I and 2 — on the day on hich these hy-la•s are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the by-laws on the day after that day.

3.             By-laws amended

These by-laws amend the Harnersley Iron (Port of'Dainpier)

4.             Second Schedule amended

In the Second Schedule delete "1.96 cents" and insert:

4.425 cents

Made by the Governor in Executive Council on the recommendation of the Company as defined in the Act.

1.             Citation

These by-laws are the Iron Ore (Robe River) Cape Lambert Ore anti Service Wharves Ainentlhnent By-laws 2012.

2.             Commencement

These by-laws come into operation as follows -
(a)	bv-la•s 1 and 2	on the day on which these by-laws

are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the by-laws on the day after that day.

3.              By-laws amended

These by-laws amend the Iron Ore (Robe River) Cape Lambert Ore and Service Wharves By-/mi s 1995.
4.	By-law 4 .a mended In by -la• 4 in the definition of Ore Wharf:

(a) delete "2554" and insert:
