HAIRDRESSING ESTABLISHMENT AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation

1.    These regulations may be cited as the Hairdressing Establishment Amend-

ment Regulations 1991.
Principal regulations

By His Excellency's Command, L. AULD, Clerk of the Council.

2. In these regulations the Hairdressing Establishment Regulations 1972* are

referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 3 amended

3.    Regulation 3 of the principal regulations is amended in the definition of

"disinfecting solution"—

(a)

by deleting "or" after paragraph (c); and

(b) by deleting paragraph (d) and substituting the following paragraphs-

" (d) isopropyl alcohol 70% v/v; or

(e)

a solution approved as a disinfecting solution by the Execu- tive Director, Public Health, under regulation 3A; ".

Regulation 3A amended
4. Regulation 3A of the principal regulations is amended by deleting "or (c)"

and substituting the following-

" , (c) or (d) ".
