Haden Mechanical Service Enterprise Agreement (Bundaberg) 2011-2014.

[1] An application was lodged by Haden Engineering Pty Ltd on 8 June 2011 for approval of the Haden Mechanical Service Enterprise Agreement (Bundaberg) 2011-2014 (the Agreement).

[2] In its present form I declined to approve the Agreement presented. I provided an opportunity for the Applicant to give undertakings.

[3] There was no response from the Applicant. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
