Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Guyra Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment No 9).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims:

(a)

to rezone the land to which this plan applies from Zone No 5 (a) (the Special Uses “A” Zone) to Zone No 2 (a) (the General Residential Zone) under Guyra Local Environmental Plan 1988 to allow for residential development that is compatible with development on adjoining land, and

(b)

to allow, with the consent of Guyra Shire Council, the carrying out of development on part of the land for the purpose of a restaurant, bed and breakfast establishment and viticulture (including wine-tasting facilities).

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to Lot 16, DP 665959, Parish of Elderbury, County of Hardinge, Malpas Street, Guyra, as shown edged heavy black and lettered “2 (a)” on the map marked “Guyra Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment No 9)” deposited in the office of the Guyra Shire Council.
