WH E R E A S an Act was passed by the Governor and Legislat ive Counci l of New South Wales in the n i n t h year of the reign of

" the exportation of Gunpowder and Warlike Stores from the Colony oj	" New South Wales''1 which Ac t was cont inued un t i l t h e thirty-first day
of December now next ensu ing by a cer ta in other A c t passed in the e l even th year of H e r said Majes ty ' s re ign in t i tu led " An Act to continue "for a limited time an Act intituled, 'An Act to regulate for a limited " ' time the exportation of Gunpowder and Warlike Stores from the. " ' Colony of New South Wales' " A n d whereas it is expedient to con­ t i nue t h e said first recited A c t for a fur ther l imited period Be it there­ fore enac ted by H i s Excel lency the Governor of New South Wales with the; advice and consent of t h e Legislat ive Council thereof That t he said recited Act passed in t h e n in th year of H e r Majes ty ' s reign shall be and the same is hereby cont inued in full force and effect until t h e thir ty-f i rs t day of December in t he year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and fifty-one.
